Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
After you pay, you will be taken to a special page.
On that page, you will need to do a few things:
1. Download your assignment. You will need to complete your assignment before the first class.
2. Book your first class with me.
You will also receive an email from me, so keep an eye out for it!
I pride myself on being able to bring the best out in my students - ex. boost their confidence, get them speaking and using more language, help them to get jobs / pass exams...
However, sometimes, I may suggest that you do things that you don't enjoy. Please remember that I give you specific tasks to help you improve your English and reach your goals.
If you feel like it isn't working, you can ask for a full refund after your first class.
After your second class, there are no refunds. But - I am happy to consider all of your suggestions & change our focus.
That all depends on your goals. I select and set assignments depending on what will help you to achieve your goals the best.
For example, you may have a written assignment if you are improving your essay writing. If you're working on your conversational English, you will be given a special type of spoken assignment.
Sure - I can help you, but I won't do it for you. Feel free to ask me to have a look at your essay or presentation and I can give you advice and suggestions on what to change!
Yes they do. If you don't use them, you lose them!
The 1 lesson pack expires in a month.
The 4 lesson pack expires in a month.
The 6 lesson pack expires in 6 weeks.
The 8 lesson pack expires in 8 weeks.
The 10 lesson pack expires in 10 weeks.
Each pack allows you to have one class a week (which is enough in most cases.) You may have more than one class a week, though.
You will get an assignment and feed back with each session. So, if you get six sessions, you'll have six assignments with feedback.
My feedback is honestand constructive. I'll tell you what you did well, what you can improve and how you can improve it.
If you work on the things you can improve, you'll see your English explooode!
Yes, I do. You can choose to pay all at once or in two installments.
It's always cheaper to pay all in one go because extra fees are added when you pay in two installments (that's by the bank, not me!)
